Perrilloux: Morrison sentences cases in Livingston

LIVINGSTON---District Attorney Scott M. Perrilloux reports that the following individuals appeared in court on September 3, 2009, before Judge Robert Morrison, and either pleaded guilty or no contest or were found guilty of narcotic related offenses and received the following sentences:

Julie Kirkland, Livingston, LA, age 38 - Pleaded no contest to possession of Schedule II narcotics, possession of Schedule IV narcotics, and forgery and was sentenced to serve three (3) years in the Department of Corrections on the offense of forgery and two (2) years in the Department of Corrections on the offenses of possession of Schedule II narcotics and possession of Schedule IV narcotics with sentences to be served concurrently. Jail sentence was suspended and the defendant was placed on active probation for three years and ordered to pay a fine of $500.00 plus court costs and make restitution.
