AMITE----District Attorney Scott M. Perrilloux reports that the following individuals appeared in court on October 8, 2009, before Judge Elizabeth Wolfe, and either pleaded guilty or no contest or were found guilty of driving while intoxicated and received the following sentences:
Shea Tyler Verbois, Hammond, LA, age 19 - Pleaded no contest to DWI (1st offense) and was sentenced to serve six (6) months in parish jail. Jail sentence was suspended and the defendant was placed on bench probation for one year with special conditions that the defendant complete 32 hours of community service work, complete a court-approved drivers improvement program and substance abuse program, attend a victims impact panel, and pay fine and court costs of $707.50.
