LIVINGSTON---District Attorney Scott M. Perrilloux reports that the following individuals appeared in court on October 20, 2009, before Judge Ray Chutz, and either pleaded guilty or no contest or were found guilty of driving while intoxicated and received the following sentences:
Melissa Ackerman, Baton Rouge, LA, age 39 - Pleaded guilty to DWI (1st offense). Imposition of sentence was deferred and the defendant was placed on bench probation for two years with special conditions that the defendant complete 32 hours of community service work, complete a court-approved drivers improvement program and substance abuse program, attend a victims impact panel, and pay fine and court costs of $616.50.
Unda Denice Allen, Denham Springs, LA, age 39 - Pleaded guilty to DWI (controlled dangerous substance). Leander Reginer, III, Denham Springs, LA, age 24 - Pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana and illegal use of a controlled dangerous substance in the presence of a person under seventeen. Imposition of sentence was deferred and the defendant was placed on bench probation for two years and ordered to pay a fine of $500.00 plus court costs.
David Turner, Denham Springs, LA, age 21 - Pleaded guilty to possession of Schedule I narcotics. Imposition of sentence was deferred and the defendant was placed on bench probation for two years and ordered to pay a fine of $500.00 plus court costs.

Clark Flynn, Denham Springs, LA, age 22 - Pleaded no contest to simple battery, driving under suspension, no vehicle registration, resisting an officer, and no proof of insurance and was sentenced to serve six (6) months in parish jail with credit given for time served.
Isai Galindo, Holden, LA, age 24 - Pleaded no contest to hit and run, careless operation, no drivers license, no seatbelt and possession of alcoholic beverage in vehicle and was sentenced to serve six (6) months in parish jail with credit given for time served. Defendant ordered to pay a fine of $25.00 and pay for interpreter fees.
Shane Hollomon, Denham Springs, LA, age 34 - Pleaded guilty to theft of goods and was sentenced to serve six (6) months in parish jail. Jail sentence was suspended and the defendant was placed on bench probation for two years and ordered to pay court costs and make restitution.

William Kinchen, Jr., Albany, LA, age 45 - Pleaded guilty to reckless operation. Imposition of sentence was deferred and the defendant was placed on bench probation for two years and ordered to pay a fine of $500.00 plus court costs.
Anna Rogers, Denham Springs, LA, age 20 - Pleaded guilty to criminal mischief and was sentenced to serve six (6) months in parish jail. Jail sentence was suspended and the defendant was placed on bench probation for two years and ordered to pay a fine of $500.00 plus court costs.
