Traffic Division

The traffic division handles traffic citations issued by Louisiana State Police, Livingston Parish Sheriff’s Office, St. Helena Sheriff’s Office, and Tangipahoa Parish Sheriff’s Office.

The 21st Judicial District Attorney’s Office offers a Traffic Diversion Program. This program allows a person who has received a traffic ticket to complete a traffic diversion course to have the violation removed from their record.
